Some documentaries might not make you smarter, but give you a boost in motivation when seeing how others achieved great success.
So here is a list of my favourite documentaries and biographies of great leaders and entrepreneurs:
Becoming Warren Buffett (2017)
This documentary chronicles Buffett's evolution into one of the wealthiest and most respected men in the world. The film takes us on a journey in which we see how the legendary investor started out as an ambitious, numbers-obsessed boy from Nebraska and ended up becoming one of the richest and most respected men in the world. And, irrespective of his wealth, he still lives in a modest home in Omaha that he bought in 1958 for $31,500.
Steve Jobs: One Last Thing (2011)
The documentary examines through interviews with colleagues and others who knew Steve Jobs how his talent, style and imagination have shaped all of our lives and looks at the influences that moulded the man himself.
Inside Bill's brain: decoding Bill Gates (2019)
Over the course of three hour-long episodes, we get a glimpse into Bill's childhood, education, growing Microsoft, and his family life, as he pursues unique solutions to some of the world’s most complex problems. As a bonus you get to see Bill's books reading list.
